Deli-Style Lunch

Turkey Sandwich pre-wrapped on hoagie with Havarti Cheese. Mayonnaise, mustard, pickles, tomatoes, onions, lettuce and English Cucumbers on the side.

Pick one salad:   

• Western Red Potato Salad
• Infusion Pasta Salad:  Pasta with peppers, tomatoes, onions, kalamata olives, marinated artichoke hearts, cheese, salami.  Tossed with an olive oil vinaigrette dressing.  Seasonal fruit, potato chips and cookies for dessert.

All-Star Outfitters serves the Deli-Style Lunch in our full day rafting and fishing adventures.  Included in price of river adventure.

Wild West BBQ

Hand Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Sides: Coleslaw, BBQ baked beans, Watermelon(Seasonal) and brownies.

Wild West Fiesta Bar

Burritos & Tacos

Warm flour tortillas, taco shells, Spanish rice, black beans, refried beans and seasoned ground beef.
Toppings:  Homemade mango salsa, hot sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, olives, peppers and sour cream.

All-Star Omelet Breakfast Bar

Eight stations available.  Each has a 10,000 BTU butane stove and personal omelet chef. Toppings include:  Bacon, ham, sausage, onions, green peppers, red peppers, mushrooms, olives and cheddar cheese.
